I think this will be my new go-to spot to come for my oil changes & others quick car needs. Asia was very welcoming from the moment I pulled up. She gave me all the information I needed on pricing & answered all my questions. She worked super quick, too! Cameron was a "newbie" was helpful right along side her & took instruction very well from the team. Once they did a safety check & saw I had a light out, they asked if I wanted it to be replaced. I had no idea they even replaced lights (and it was super affordable too!) so of course I got it fixed. Thanks to them for fast service and affordable pricing. I'll definitely be back & let people know they should come to this location.

I got an oil change today, and the entire team was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Asia and Emmanuel were especially top tier! Asia took the time to explain some recommendations for my vehicle and made sure I understood everything. Emmanuel was very patient and thorough while going through the checklist process with me. There was also a new employee working today whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, but he was just as pleasant and took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked on my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent customer service from the entire team. Keep up the great work!

Took my 2024 Rav4 Hybrid there for a state inspection. They tried to lift the car by the wrong points and would not listen to me about how they were about to damage my car. I asked them Very nicely to look under my car with me so we could be on the same page about where the correct lifting points are. They refused to look under the car and told me to get out of the shop area. I worked in car shops for 6 years. I've lifted thousands of cars. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Modern cars do not have flat bottoms. They require blocks to reach the pinch seam to prevent crushing non-structual components under the car. They said they lift most cars like that and only use the blocks for Teslas. It is clear that they don't know what they are doing, probably damage A Lot of people's cars, and have no pride in their work. ZERO Stars. Going to the dealership.

Stopped for oil change got the executive treatment by Asa and Dre. They explained step by step was being done or needed. I felt like I was getting the best first class service ever. Highland recommend been going for 12 years. They both so professional. Brenda Stedman

Went for oil change and was able to use coupon on line which was nice. Asia took excellent care of me and asked general questions one of which was cabin filter. This car is 2015 and bought it 2 yrs ago. Asked if she could just pull it out without commitment to buying it which she agreed to. It was filthy! She gave me their price and autoparts store price and their price was competitive. When I drove the car home I noticed AC was definitely colder than usual. Highly recommend them. Ask for Asia! Whole team was good also.
